1. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with Acadevis, information may include your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address, selected programme, preferred medium or schedule, enquiry details, enrolment information and payment references. Acadevis should not request sensitive card credentials through ordinary WhatsApp or enquiry messages.

2. How We Use Information

3. Third-Party Services

Acadevis may use third-party providers for website hosting, communications, online learning, analytics or payment processing. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and applicable requirements.

4. Payments

Where an external payment provider is used, payment information may be processed directly by that provider. Acadevis will use payment information reasonably necessary to confirm and administer a transaction.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

Acadevis does not intend to sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary for operating the service, meeting legal obligations, protecting rights or handling disputes.

6. International Learners

If Acadevis accepts learners outside Sri Lanka, information may be processed using service providers or systems located in other countries. Acadevis will review cross-border data requirements and update its privacy practices as international operations develop.

7. Security and Retention

Reasonable technical and organisational measures should be used to protect personal information. Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant educational, administrative, legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purpose.

8. Your Requests

You may contact Acadevis with questions about personal information associated with your enquiry or enrolment. Requests will be handled subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification.

9. Cookies and Analytics

The website may use cookies or similar technologies in the future for essential functionality, analytics or performance measurement. Where required, appropriate notices or controls should be provided.
